My husband accepted a position with a new firm that resulted in a relocation from Orlando, Fl to the Atlanta area.  We had started with another company with our corporate relocation and through a series of events (luckily) we were introduced to Brian.  He was always very professional and even on the day where we looked at over 15 houses and logged over 12 hours, (in record heat) he kept our spirits up and assured us we would find our perfect home. 
 
Brian is truly a specialist in his line of work.  He paid attention to all the details but also added a personal touch to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible.  It was a big step for us to move from an area we had been most of our lives with our two small children.  Once Brian knew what type of home we were looking for, he would preview homes for us and weed out the ones we should personally look at.  This was a big help since we were in Florida most of the time and did not have to make many trips to look at homes.  Knowing we had Brian on our side relieved lots of stress and added a high level of confidence to get us through the relocation process.
 
We cannot say enough about Brian and the level of service he provided.  We will definitely refer him to any friends/family that will need to buy or sell a home in the Atlanta area.

Brian responded to every question, every email and every phone call.  I think he knew what we wanted better than we knew ourselves.  We never once pulled in a driveway with the attitude of “let’s just look and see”, he knew when we were driving by whether to stop or not.  You will never feel like this guy just wants to make a sale. 
When your looking for a new home it’s very easy to get caught up in certain aspects of a home and not see the little things that you don’t like.  Many times Brian would notice something we mentioned that we didn’t want and he pointed those things out so we didn’t miss them. 
He wanted to make sure that our new home was completely everything we were looking for. Knowing Brian as I do I believe friend or not you will receive the same dedication and commitment to your needs as we did. That is just Brian!

We moved from Indianapolis, IN to Lawrenceville, GA in 2005 and lived in an apartment for a year. Six months before our lease was up we started looking around the Atlanta metro area for a house. We had decided that we needed to move to Cobb County as our business office was located in Marietta. We did not know that much about the area so when we started looking for a real estate agent we wanted someone that was a native of the Atlanta metro area. Brian came to our rescue! What a find, Brian is one of the best realtors ever. We have bought and sold many homes but never had anyone that was so helpful. In our search for our home in Cobb County we had specific requirements. Brian was patient with us as we turned down house after house. We spent weekends driving and looking at homes all over Cobb County. We finally found our lovely little cottage nestled in the woods of a beautiful subdivision. Brian not only helped us find our house he also did research on swimming pool contractors and remodeling help. Brian worked hard on the house closing, he is a tough negotiator and saved us several thousand dollars. After the closing Brian contacted us to make sure everything was okay and even brought us lunch on moving day. We still keep in contact with Brian and wish him the best.

Being first time home buyers we were very unprepared for everything that goes into closing on a home. We had tried a number of real estate agents who weren't delivering exactly what we were looking for. That's when we hired Brian and after "really" listening to us he was able to find the home we had envisioned as our first. Perfect location, size, price everything we wanted we got with Brian. Brian carries himself with the utmost character and handled all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Brian is such a good person.  First and foremost, we were really scared about moving from the Ft.Lauderdale, FL location.  We basically trusted him along with my daughter and son-in-law to select our home.  We never came out to Georgia until the day of the closing.  Brian did so much extensive research and found an area which was convenient for my family and me.  He detailed the location to be as near to the VA hospital and near shopping centers for our convenience.  To sum it all up, after my move, Brian was kind enough to come out to my home on his day off and show me how to travel within the city at my convenience.  You do not find many people who have such kindness in their heart. We were not just another sale but we were people that he was trying to make happy.  I am so happy and glad to know that we met and found someone like him.

My family and I have been working with Brian for about 5 months now.  He has assisted us in locating a new home.  We are currently relocating from Pembroke Pines, FL to Lawrenceville, GA.  Brian was the best, we put all of our trust in him.  He went out to the property sites that we had expressed interest in.  He not only did research as far as expenses and pricing of the properties, but he also did home structure research, he advised us as to which homes were built with the best quality and which homes were not so good.  Our decision was based on his research and based on what we saw, and sure enough he was right.  We are very happy to have had someone like Brian help us in selecting our new home.  Brian is such a self-motivated individual and is a very honest person, his attitude was not just based on making a sale but making sure that we were going to be happy with our decision overall.  For Brian, I have found that family is very important to him.
